and calmness penetrated.

I pretended “I” was illusion
and “my” mind stopped.

Was my suffering counterfeit?

Did I simulate being a this or that
“my” whole life?

Message for Today

A useful meditation is to watch your thoughts come from nowhere and return there. Possessing them is an assumption which empowers them and branches them, ensnaring the "you".
