Looking out,
is what you are.

Can you stop at sensing,
without owning the five?

“I” assume “I” have senses.
A non-self possesses none.

Can the you let go?
Can “you” release all worries?

Can you utterly decategorize?
Can “you” release “your”self?

We are all allowed.
Success points to no Releaser.

There is nothing to grasp.
The hand closes unfulfilled.

There is no “Getter”,
prideful of more knowledge.

Outer separate from inner,
inflow and outflow blocked forever.

Release your trapped individual.
Its boundary was imaginary.

Here-now… and here-now again!
Space-time is one thing.

Never is existence there-then.
Past-future is exclusive
to a self-mind.

Gurus speak of silence for hours!
Their mouth spew is infinite.

When assuming you are a self:
stop.

During internal interviews:
walk out.

When thoughts arise:
observe their melting.

Silence requires no:
words, thoughts, nor sentences.

The individual is
torturer and torturee.
The misery of inner “me”s
stoke one another.

Never apart,
divided on assumption.

Arising together,
they exit the same door.

Merging in mutualism,
they combine-annihilate.

What becomes freed
from a self?

Is it the world,
plagued by selves?

Is it the dissolved one,
free as nothingness?

Whatever the case,
the “I” is not freed
until words are abandoned.

Overcoming self assumptions
demands diligence.

The “me” is always
a relentless resurger.

Deep presumptions,
deep beliefs,
relinquishing self,
tremendous relief.

Bio-level: complex, dividing cells

Zooming in: layers of geometric energy

Beneath: particulates nested in wavy fields

Where is an individual entity?

Now, I worry about future.
Now, I am lost in past regrets.

There is the oncoming,
now it is the gone.

Herenow, I float
along unfolding reality.

Herenow, my toes and thoughts
have always been.
